Build the foundations for a lasting AI strategy

Three converging signals: you're planning several AI projects in parallel or over 12-24 months, you operate in a regulated sector (healthcare, finance, public sector, sensitive industry), or your organization already has a certain data maturity and wants to structure a strategy that goes beyond the first use case. If none of these criteria resonate, the Flash (€2,000 excl. VAT, 1 day) is a better starting point.

Between 1 and 3 days of workshops, on-site or via video call, depending on scope. The format is adjusted after our initial discussion, based on the number of business units to cover, the compliance topics to address, and the depth of data analysis expected. On the StratIA side, expect 3 to 5 additional days of analysis and writing, with no workload for your teams.

5 to 10 people in total, involved in time slots: executive management (1 to 2 people), the relevant business leaders (2 to 4 depending on your departments), an IT or data lead (1 to 2 people), and where relevant your DPO or compliance officer. No heavy preparatory work required: a structured upstream questionnaire lets us arrive with the groundwork already laid.

Yes, it's one of the structuring pillars of Foundations and what sets it apart from the Flash. We analyze your current regulatory exposure, identify compliance risks on the use cases considered (consent, legal basis, traceability, data rights, AI Act classification), and integrate these constraints directly into the roadmap. For highly regulated sectors, we adapt the scope and can involve your DPO upstream.

A costed prioritization of your AI use cases using a value/complexity matrix, a deployment order with dependencies (one project often unlocks another), the data, organizational and budgetary prerequisites for each phase, and a quarter-by-quarter sequencing. Each selected use case comes with a detailed project sheet: business objective, estimated value, teams involved, success criteria, target ROI.

You leave with your maturity assessment, your roadmap and your project sheets. You're free to execute in-house, with another provider, or with us. If you entrust us with an implementation project in the following months, the cost of the audit is deductible from the project amount. Most of our Foundations clients move on to 2 or 3 projects identified in the roadmap, spread over 12 to 18 months.
